The Founder Journey Ledger

I can't code. My company is run by 62 AI agents. These are the receipts.

Every mistake I made — and what fixed it — published from the actual working logs, so you don't have to repeat my journey.

The Premise

I'm Ali — a non-technical solo founder. Over the past months I built an AI education company where the engineering department is a team of AI agents: they plan, build, review each other's code, and ship while I sleep. I direct; they execute.

Along the way, every working session — thousands of them — was captured into a personal knowledge system. The failures too. Especially the failures.

This ledger is that system turned inside out: the distilled lessons, each traceable to the real session where it was learned. No founder-influencer platitudes. Receipts.

The Ledger

First entries are being distilled from the archive now — each one scrubbed, sourced, and edited before it ships.
The machine that publishes this page is the same one the lessons are about.
The most expensive lesson so far, free of charge: when an AI tells you something is "done," it means "recoverable." Done means landed. Verify, don't trust.

What this is (and isn't)

This is

A working ledger from a real company: problem → root cause → fix → prevention, with links to the actual sessions. Written for founders who want to run AI agents without an engineering background.

This isn't

A course, a framework, or hustle content. Nothing here is hypothetical — if it's in the ledger, it cost me real time or money first.
